I don't think Vitaly beats Wlad...Vitaly is too robotic and doesn't punch that heard anyway...he would take a beating
Wlad is more skilled than Vitali, probably punches harder too, but Vitali is MUCH tougher and would knock him out! But there is no one else that I'd pick to beat Wlad.
Tony The Tiger Thompson? I didn't get to see his fight with Krasniqi so I'm not sure but he can punch some and is a southpaw, but he's getting up there in age and needs to move soon
who cares about ko ratio...vitaly wears his opponents out ..vitaly doesnt punch that hard...wlad punches MUCH MUCH harder...vitaly never proved his power? Couldn't even drop Lennox...wore down donald...wore down puritty...wore down vaughn bean....wlad knocks you the fuck out vitaly wears you down...so all in all i don't think vitaly punches hard enough to ko wlad with one shot and isn't skilled enough to hit wlad with too many shots...wlad would beat him down and stop him late on cuts or tko
Of course there's no way of truly telling, but Wlad seems like the harder puncher to me. I really don't think Lennox could have taken the same punches he was taking from Vitali, if it was Wlad hitting him (of course Wlad wouldn't have been able to take Lennox's punches as well as Vitali was taking them...either) In any event, what's NOT in dispute is the fact that Vitali takes a better punch. We agree on that as well as the outcome.
I don't think so,..Wlad would cut and puff Vitali's face up with his superior jab,..it would actually be a fucken awkward fight,..with Vitali's reflexes and dexterity,..he is 'bendy', but not as quick or fluid as Wlad,..Wlad clearly consists of liquid metal, while Vitali is Arnold Swarzzanegger(sp)..the obsolete design....and Vitali has always struggled against opposition he doesn't have much of a height advantage over, whereas Wlad's shown no evidence of this.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is Wlad remotely Irish? What's his connection to you? A Salvadorian is the same as me, but I ain't claiming no friggin' Salvadorian boxer, fuck no, . :dunno: ::
The first line was a joke, which should have been evident...espeically given the second line. It's hard to do deadpan on the internet.
..or if like the two brothers would actually fight each other, they friggin' adore each other, it's almost homosexual in nature, they will NEVER fight each other, not gonna happen. ::
Last I saw, Wlad couldn't stop Purrity while Vitali did.:dunno: And Purrity is like a punching bag. Obviously one Klitschko had the power to stop him while the other one didn't.
True but in this case, Purrity was a punching bag, not a slick southpaw. It would be like having 2 guys hitting a punching bag to see who could tear the bag up first.
Vitali has heavy hands. He doesn't tend to load up much, he just prods it out there and it gets him results.
I ain't denying that. I thought the topic was who could beat Wlad. And I'm thinking Vitali at his best would be the one to do it. Wlad has never tried to keep a 6'8" man, bigger than himself, off with a jab. He can do it against little guys like Brock, Byrd, and Brewster. It would be very difficult to do it to Vitali. Vitali's also difficult to hit flush.
He was around 22 at the time. He's 31 now. I'm sure that means nothing. He was also about 20 pounds lighter and had not become a world champion at the time.
Yeah but I could counter and say that Wlad bounced Byrd off the canvas like a basketball but Vitali NEVER managed to seriously hirt him.
Plus i remember Byrd himself saying Wlad hits harder than Vitaly plus he says Golota hits harder than Vitaly :tease:
