getting cut doesn't stop your from fighting someone, especially when someone is trying to take over a whole plane.

With a boxcutter, the way it is held and the small blade it would be IMPOSSIBLE to subdue someone or kill someone in a struggle, and it wouldn't hurt, Small blades like that just make you bleed alot, they don't hurt, and definately don't stop you from fighting back. And according the official version, this such thing did happen over pennsylvania.

I have more hope in the common american and believe that at least 5 people would have tried to stop or disrupted the hijackers. What did you think they did? Just shrugged their shoulders and asked for peanuts?

It would be very difficult to "stab" a guy in the eye with a boxcutter in a fight, without being tackled to the ground first.

Same with "stabbing" a guy in the throat.

A Stabbing motion is even less effective for a boxcutter than a slicing motion.

 

A "boxcutter" is fucking sharp, almost as sharp as a razor. Those things can do some serious slicing.

Of course they are potentially lethal.

You hold one army style, with the blade sticking out of the bottom of your fist, you could hack someone's face to pieces in seconds, or slit their throat.

It's pretty simple, actually. People who use box cutters normally use them while they are at work. InI doesn't have a job, and probably has never had one. And even if he did, his bosses wouldn't trust him with a tool as potentially dangerous as a boxcutter.

So my money says InI has never even seen a boxcutter and has no idea how lethal they could actually be.
