I haven't seen much of Witter but I have to say based on reports of him lately that he must be a real hype job. He sounded awesome whenever he fought C level guys but since he's stepped up to gate keeper B- level guys he's been a borderline bust. Yeah he seems to have impressive power, but nothing else he does makes him seem like he's on even a B+ fighters level. If Harris is as good as Harris thinks he is and is likewise at least a B+ fighter, he should be able to comfortably outbox Witter and even stop him if the guys stamina is as shit as reports indicate. This matchup is tough to pick though. Both of them are mental midgets, Witter is definitely quicker and Vivian was rocked by shot ass Stevie Johnston, so Witter by early KO wouldnt shock me. But if it goes past 5 rounds, I think the eye brow plucker will fold and get knocked out himself.
Depends on how good Witter looks. He'd have to look great in a fight where he demonstrates a few more attributes other than good power. For instance, good stamina, mental stability, or just some decent skills. If he just blows Harris out in 2 that won't really prove much about Witter as it will let us know what a bust Harris is.
