I know Margarita is scared of Clottey...but come on he is like the Junior Witter of the Welterweights..he goes strong for 6-7 rounds, then has stamina problems..

it was well publicized that margarito injured his ankle going into the bout with clottey

 

I recall those rumors being reported as just that...rumors. Plus the excuse making Margarito didn't bring it up in the post fight interview when he was coming up with other bullshit excuses like....he hurt his hand. Jeez, next time could he at least make up his own instead of stealing from Clottey.

By the way, did Margarito's (so called) injuries hamper his performance noticeably? Did he seem limited in movement or punch output? No. He looked just like he always did and Clottey was handing his ass to him. So I have to think, injuried or not, an uninjured Clottey (who did show signs of injury) would whip Margarito. Now that we all agree on this let's let it die and not argue it again, because I'm getting tired of making these same points over and over.
