i can easily name 10 mexicans who were/are better than campas and jose luis lopez.

where's gilberto roman and daniel zaragoza? jorge paez, antonio margarito, martin castillo, jose luis ramirez, and pipino cuevas were all better than yori boy and that pot smoker.

He was born in Mexico. Most of his fights were in California where he now lives though. I'm not sure what his status was when he was fighting.
