4 real super-fights coming up in fall. Which of the 4 are y'all most looking forward to:

    Taylor-Pavlik
    Calzaghe-Kessler
    Cotto-Mosley
    Mayweather-Hatton

I'd have to say I'm most looking forward to PBF-Hatton, followed by Cotto-Mosley. And I cant decide which I'm more excited about between Taylor-Pavlik, and Calzaghe-Kessler.

I woulda listed Pac-MAB II, but in my mind thats a mismatch. Though I cant wait for Pac to end Marco's career once and for all. I also cant wait for Peter to decapitate Oleg.

Boxing is FAR from dead!:bears: :bears:

Baldimore and Margarito. When Baldimore beats Margarito I would feel bad for Kaulki and console him but Double L would have to really really shut up for a while and I am going on record now as saying I would be relentless in reminding him of this victory.

When "Fraud" schools Hatton, will you have any excuses?

You've got it all wrong, if Hatton wins, I'll say it's because Margarito wore Fraud out at press conferences and shortenned his prime.

LOL whatever. Anyway, lets sig bet for Taylor-Pavlik! Since you seem so confident of Jermain winning, I say Pavlik is gonna knock his ass out! If Taylor wins, I'll put your sloth of a hero in my sig for a month, or anything else you choose. You down?

All of them. The only mismatches are Mayweather/Hatton and Pacquiao/Barrera II...

Calzaghe/Kessler- Toss up fight. Gimme Zags via close decision.

Cotto/Mosley- I think Cotto pulls out a tough decision. Mosley will be dangerous all the way.

Taylor/Pavlik- Taylor via ugly decision. He'll stink the joint out.

Mayweather-Hatton, because I'll probably go to it. I was thinking about going to Pacquiao-Barrera 2, but I figured I might as well wait to see if Pacquiao and Marquez fight again. That's a better matchup.

I would say Cotto and Mosley is 2nd in being anxious for. Although it doesn't have the "undefeated vs. undefeated fighting for the title" that the others do, I think it will probably be the best matchup.

Kessler and Calzaghe is 3rd, and Taylor-Pavlik the least, although by no means am I indifferent about seeing it.

I'm very much looking forward to all the fall matchups.

Me too. That could be KO of the year. Oleg is gonna be layed out for several minutes.

Hell I'm looking forward to Diaz-Diaz as well. Its not a superfight, but its a guaranteed action fight.

Most looking forward to the Euros and the Country Boys. I don´t care for Mosley or Cotto and I don´t see it as competitive. Mayweather and Hatton can only be entertaining, if Hatton can maul/fight Mayweather at 147 and is allowed to. Which means I don´t want to see Jay Nady in there, breaking up every clinch after one tenth of a second, while creating six feet of space between the fighters.:nono: :nono:

The undercard isn´t bad either. Garay vs. Briggs with a title shot on the line will be guaranteed fireworks. The WBA eliminator between Rivera vs. Santos could be decent as well. I´d like to see Santos win the WBA title and unify in a rematch with Dzinziruk. Is this regular Showtime or PPV?

Marquez might be finished after that beating he just took. I'm MUCH more looking forward to these 4 matchups over Vasquez-Marquez 3. But thats just me.

Marquez still took a terrible beating. Plus he's not exactly a spring chicken, he's in his 30's. He might be finished after such a war, but then again, maybe not. I'm still more looking forward to those 4 matchups more.

pac-barrera II is a sleeper. i still think pac's going to whup barrera's ass, but for some reason i have a feeling barrera's going to do much better than he did the first time.

I'm really on the fence for this one, part of me thinks a proud fighter like Barrera will want to make up for the atrocious showing he had the first time but at the same time I'm almost convinced that his showing had more to do with Pacquiao than his approach or his condition in this fight. I hope it's the former because I always like a good hard fought battle but If I had to bet on how the fight will go, I'd say : almost a carbon copy of the first one with a few hard right hooks to the body and the head making it a bit shorter...

    We'll see...
