The former IBO and IBF world featherweight champ was involved in ITV's (UK channel) "Is It Worth It?" Documentary about the risks of boxing. The documentary also featured ex-Sheffield United and Birmingham footballer Curtis Woodhouse who has made the transition from pro footballer to boxer. He seems to have made brilliant progress, he put on a lot of weight though. His speech is excellent compared to what it was like a few years ago and seems very copus mentos (sp?) recalling some of his boxing days. Has no problems walking about either. He said he couldn't really remember any of the fateful fight but he did finish on this note: "I would still fight tomorrow, I love the game, love boxing. It's just a shame what's happened." Was one of my favourites, didn't have greatest skill compared to some fighters but he was very brave and had a big heart. Was so pleased when he won the world title! Glad to see the progress he has made since that fateful night
