Actually you can check when Ashes and I were discussing it in an earlier thread, I was worried that Bautista would be in danger for 5 rounds at least. This fight needed to go to the late rounds because I saw how faded Ponce got against Penalosa.

I actually picked Pinoys in all of the matches today. FUUCK .The Bautista match went so wrong. Oh well, he'll be back, he needs to tighten his defenses.

P.I is just an acronym of Philippine Islands. A lot of Phil-Ams and 1st gens say P.I instead of saying "the Philippines."

Phillipines dominated the lower level fights, and split the main 2 fights so the Phillipines won. Whoever organized this really fucked the mexicans on the undercard. it was set up for the Phillipines to be up 3-1 going into the last 2 fights. However they stole the other fight to and it was 4-0 going into the last 2. ::

 

You got it the wrong way around.
The Mexicans won the battle, but lost the war, big time..

 

I picked Penalosa by TKO on the Boxrec boards, but I was NOWHERE sure that was going to happen. I did it more out of being a fan than any real analytical depth.

Well, I had a feeling when they were talking about Jhonny's weight issues he was in trouble. his punch resistence sucks anyways. Throw in some weight issues and it's even worse.
