I thought Tito's legs looked horrible against Mayorga. He looked like he was on stilt

 

And Trinidad will be ten times the offensive fighter than Jones's last two tomato cans.

Sure, Roy can play it safe and probably do to tito what Wright did,..BUT, if Trinidad lands that left hook>:eeeek: :eeeek:

Even at 170, Trinidad will carry considerable one shot pop in that quick left hook.

If Jones fights smart,....it will be a shitty fight, but one that jones will probably win by decision.

If Jones has Tito going and then goes for the kill, I could see him running into something that puts his lights out.

Anyways, with the way things are , I just wanna see two of my alltime favorites at least one more time.

I was never comparing Bautista's career to Roy, you brought up Bautista to try and get a rise out of me.

But unlike you, I don't live vicariously through pro boxers. So what, he lost, who gives a shit? He's 21, he'll be back. :dunno:

As for your boy Roy, he got rocked by Hanshaw and Ajamu while laying on the ropes. He wasn't on queer street, but Roy clearly uses the ropes to support him instead of his legs now days. If an old Tito cracks that glass jaw, you're boy is going out, I hope you don't kill yourself. I kind of like you REED.

I think for certain that even at Lt. Heavyweight, Tito's power is comparable to Tarver,..PLUS Tito is much more of an offensive machine than Tarver is.

And up to their fights with Trinidad,..both Vargas and Mayorga had shown at the very least, dependable chins.
Trinidad is right up there with anybody in terms of devastating offense and power......his achilles heel has been when he is facing a slick boxer, which Jones can be because of his still impressive speed.

Trinidad, even at 170, will be quick handed and heavy handed.

And if he is able to land, I am quite sure that if Roy was devastated by both Johnson and Tarver, Tito has at least a puncher's chance in this one.

And let's face it Reed...I love RJ too, but my guess is that Roy's beard was ALWAYS penetrable, it is just that when you are that fast, that quick, that slick and that good...it hardly ever matters.

Sure, Tito's footwork is probably the only flaw the guy has, other than not having an answer to a good, quick and stiff jab.

But he is strong, and if Roy lets Tito back him to the ropes the way he has some others, there is definitely a chance for Trinidad to capitalize here.
