You have at least as much amateur experience as him Joon, and you are much younger, you would probably be the favourite.

Not only that, but he looks around 5'2. Stocky sure, but about 5'2.

Henry is amazing by the way, almost as good as Karl P4P. Of course Karl is #1 by quite a long way, since his claims that he could KO pacman easily, it would seem silly to put anyone else above him.

Chris is a decent fighter, I have been covering him as long or probably longer than most.
My only problems are his defense and wildness, he can box good but gets ahead of himself and gets caught trying to KO a guy that will go anyway only if he had more patience.
Honestly, I had Rayco beating Chris in their fight, a few did actually but I give Chris props for finishing strong and showing heart throughout.
Will Chris be a champ? not in my opinion, will he be a fan favorite that sells mad tickets? yes, he will.
E.T. Whitaker showed that Chris needs MAJOR work on his defense, he dropped Chris hard in that fight, he did show patience that time by going back to boxing and finally making E.T. quit, I wish I would see more of that from him in the future and likely will, he is improving little by little.

I give fightbeat props for giving this kid some good exposure, he deserves some notice but many others do as well that never get anything, hopefully that will change.

Chris looks a little like Bennie Briscoe (Bodywise) but he needs more, way more improving before I come close to mentioning him in that sense, Bennie could hang with the best of them and fought very good counterpunchers, Chris hasnt fought nobody like that yet, but he has only been a pro for a few years, so I give him the benefit of the doubt and hopefully it will pay off for him.
I am sold on Chris being an exciting fighter but have my doubts on how far he will go, he has a great team of guys working with him along with a very underrated trainer in Bobby Benton that work very hard for him, in time Chris can get better depending on how bad he wants it but they need to take one day at a time.

Thanks for the interview Karl. I always enjoy being introduced to new hungry prospects. I think hes a good strong fighter who can also box when he wants to. Someone said his jab sucks, I totally disagree. He shoots it out there and keeps the guy of balance with it. He has all the potential in the world. Good luck to him.

 

I really hope Chris Henry gets a fight with that coward Chavez Jr and buries him brutally. Henry would be my new hero! :clap:

that show (which I think was scheduled for last weekend) got cancelled - seems to be a pre-requisite for any Riddick Bowe fight scheduled these days. I have now met 10+ fightbeaters in person, and for a man, all of them are big closet juan diaz fans. The trouble is, when you have some jackoffasaur saying he pivots like Duran when he's 15-0, and then follows it up by playing the "close personal relationship card" how is anyone on here gonna let that slide.

From what I've seen, everyone likes Diaz, and without the "chris Henry" type exaggerations on the board, everyone would be vocal about how fun he si to watch

 

I'd be willing to bet that 99.99% of the anti-Juan Diaz comments are said simply to annoy Karl. There's nothing to dislike about the kid, but plenty to dislike about the way Karl presents Diaz to the board.

It is a little bit considering Karl is on the Henry payroll as their media guy. He admitted such on the boards before thinking twice and editing his post.

I am referring to Chris Henry (#3 WBC Lightheavyweight) whose videos should be up here next week.
REED and Jake can offer some insight as they have seen Chris from ringside, and I'm telling you guys: Chad will get KO'd by Chris if they fight.
Yes, Jake is aware of my intentions as I am on board Henrys' promotional team as his press agent and one of his technical advisors.
But bottom line, Chris will wreck Chad Dawson.
