No worries though, Chad will school him. Dawson is the quickest light heavy since RJ. If Chad wins, and Taylor gets KTFO on the same night, then it'll be the best night of the year for me. Hell I liked Norris' style also, even though Terry's chin was for shit. At least we can agree on Taylor-Pavlik. I once said Pavlik by UD, but I'm changing my mind. Kelly is gonna lay his ass out! See. I think Dawson doesn't get enough credit for his win over Adamek. And a knock-down at the hands of Adamek is hardly anything to be ashamed of. Also, he wasn't hurt at all. It was a flash knock-down. And it was late in the fight too. I Like Dawson's right hook too. I think he's gonna fuck a lot of guys up with it. He starts out tapping you with that straight left, and just when you figure out how to get out of the way of that - bam. He'll get you with the right.
Dawson is far more skilled and complete than Taylor is. Taylor is the same flawed fighter today that he was when he was 15 years old. I think Hopkins took his confidence and if you look at the record...Taylor hasn't stopped anyone since 2005. He hasn't really HURT anyone since then either. Taylor is tough and he's got heart but I think the Pavlik fight is Bowe-Golota without the low blows. Taylor takes an ass kicking in this one.
and even at that, the guy he stopped was his longtime sparring partner. in other words, someone they knew he could do damage to.
Taylor fought scared against Spinks, he will get run down by Pavlik. I'm like Reed on Dawson. I like him, but the jury is still out for me. The fight with Adamek was a good show though.
