Floyd Patterson (debatable?) Michael Spinks George Foreman Joe Frazier Lennox Lewis Pernell Whitaker ...
Yeah, I remember RJJ crying his eyes out after that decision. I was like "man up bitch! You lost fair and fucking square, the Korean handed you your ass". And what the fuck was he crying for? It was only a gold medal.
Did Nino Benvenuti win the Gold or Silver medal? If Gold, then... Nino Benvenuti (anyone else I can think of has already been mentioned)
yea he did win the gold. he also beat ki soo kim in the process (quarter finals i think). the great Kim (the first southpaw korean champ ever) beat him in the pros tho.
Henry Maske. Not that he deserves it, but he has legendary status in Germany. :shit: He was the posterboy of the golden age of German boxing, he wouldn´t be such a legend if he had allowed Dariusz to rip his head off, or that punk Hill didn´t throw the fight in hopes of a rubbermatch, but still... ah he´s a piece of crap. :shit: :shit:
Go easy on him, I am on ignore by everybody except for mods. Since the question was about legends and not professional legends, Laszlo Papp, Teofilo Stevensson and Felix Savon belong here too
