Margarito might price out himself out of Golden Johnson fight, as she has done numerous times before.
If margarita had balls, she would go for some respected former champion, like Baldomir....But, alas, she does not....

somewhat but here is what they faced

dates filling up. They had maybe the Dec 1st Showtime slot which is where the Cintron Margarito II/Williams vs Clottey/JCC rumor came from but when Showtime said it did not have enough money to have this card that date was lost to all involved as Showtime then switched to Tarver Green. November 3rd was a possible choice but showtime hadnt said they wanted them on that slot.

in reality all that was left was Nov 10th and since that type of money isnt anywhere near the money that could make Margarito Cintron happen they took the lesser names like Johnson into account.

he has a lot of say but since he has no pull with any networks he and his team are limited to what they offer not what they offer the networks

But didn't Margarito already have 35 or so stay busy fights in a row?
Don't you think it's time for him to step up and fight someone above the level of his former sparring partners and Baldomir leftovers?

Yeah he should fight Mayweather, but he tried that already and Mayweather wouldn't fight him.

    I love Frank....

He'll stand there with his arms crossed, not even moving around the fighters...then when one of them complains about some foul tactic, he'll look right back at 'em and say "what are you looking at me for? FIGHT!"

    :bears:

Mayweather was kinda busy in the last couple of years, beating up on undisputed champions of the world, P4P fighters and others such like....
Who was Margarito fighting, while Floyd was fighting best of the best?
