 ... some funny videos that Warriors is putting out, but damn can't they at least find footage of an in-shape Sultan?

This is actually a rare fight where I'm rooting for Holyfield to win.

I watched Holyfield spar yesterday. He looks good.

Juan Diaz sparred with Ramon Montano (Salita draw) and looks great.

    Rocky Juarez sparred too.

Julio is in for a bigtime beatdown again.
I don't see what him or his people think he's going to do with Juan.

they think he's going to get paid. that's why they took the fight, and why he hasnt fought much in the past two years. otherwise, he'd have fought and lost to Nate Campbell already.

Juan threw >65 punches in every round of 6 rounds of sparring and looked strongest in the 6th.

Agree with Karl, will not make it to a decision. Julio quits or ends up in the hospital.

Also, Juan's younger brother Jose is fighting on Dawson undercard.

amazing how quick a Holy-Ibragimov thread turned into a Juan Diaz discussion

anyone know the odds for Holy-Ibragimov? I only go to one or two betting sites, and neither have the fight posted. I'm assuming Holy is a significant underdog, his approaching 45 and the fight being in Russia and all. But I'm starting to believe he'll find a way to pull it off. Though maybe it's just my disdain for Warriors clouding my judgment.

Sry bout the Diaz insertion.. lol

How significant is Ibragimov's "home" advantage with the fight being in Moscow?

-Both live and train in the US, and far from the the EC.
-Both will arrive in Moscow 7-10 days before the fight.
So to me the time zone difference is a wash.

-Evander is taking a chef and food.
So no issues with local cuisine.

-Evander is beloved and respected by all.
    Can anyone actually boo Evander?
Will they cheer him if he wins or mid-way when he shows his tremendous heart?

I think the USA vs Russia thing will actually be advantage for Evander. He's very patriotic. You could see it at the Olympic Trials and I notice he ALWAYS mouths the words to the national anthem when its played.
As if he could actually pack more inspiration/motivation into himself, but I think the USA flags everywhere will help Evander more than being at "home" will help Barney Rubble.
