Agreed. Taylor did what he thought he had to do to offset Pavlik's activity, he threw a lot more punches than he's used to doing. This is why I really can't see Taylor beating Pavlik unless he KO's him. Pavlik can go 12 rounds throwing 80-90 punches a round. Taylor simply cannot. Eventually Pavlik will catch up with him and take him out.

 

Abraham was very brave and show alot of balls in that fight against Miranda....

I learned the ref didn't stop the fight like he should have when Pavlik wasn't throwing back and getting his head snapped back. Jermain got hit twice and he jumped in there. He also wasn't knocked out cold by slumping into the corner, he was bum rushed by everybody and they wouldn't let him up.

They wouldn't let him up, it's standard procedure. You can CLEARLY see Taylor talking fine and knew where he was at. The ref jumped on him by a couple of shots, Taylor unloaded the house on him and the ref didn't exercise the same judgement on both :nono:

 

Why get up when the referee was shuffling his arms around his face?, if that happenned to me, I would be slouched to the ground shaking my head in sheer disbelief too, like WTF!. Taylor was ready to spring up, but Smoger thrusted his pink little grub in his mouth and kept the black man down, typical.

 

Taylor was talking and fine after about a minute or so..he didn't TRY getting up after being down even afte Smoger stopped the fight...he got hit by flush punches while in the corner...after a Pavlik left hook, but his hands when down to his side and the only thing holding him up was teh corner and Pavlik not giving him any space to fall down...

yes i see in that picture Taylor pushing Smoger off him...he just wanted to get up..but that old fucker was standing infront of him....Smoger stop the fight because Taylor was out of it before he even hit the canvas...Pavlik had landed a few uppercuts/and a few left hooks...and from one of those left hook Taylor was out on his feet..only thing hold him up was the corner...but his hands were down to his side...

 

Illuminati, Jermaine tasted a few of Pavlik's shots early and found them quite scrumptious, I sincerely doubt that those SAME shots turned fatally sour all of a sudden? , you're the only one on this messageboard who thinks otherwise, what a coincidence . You can't get up from the corner from that move with gloves on, but you can clearly see Taylor trying though. But then it didn't matter because the rest of the people coming in the ring wouldn't let him up. I haven't seen bullshit like this since WWF.
