The Fightbeat Radio Crew...

Is it me or is the Fightbeat radio crew loosely based on the HBO broadcasting crew?

Cupey is Lampley...the mouthpiece who overstates and brings false drama...

Sly is Lemmon Lewis...the Brit/Canadian whose accent adds a perceived intelligence despite lacking substance (though both have improved and are somewhat entertaining)

Karl is Larry Merchant...the senior "I've seen it all/heard it all" craggy type who loves the game but would rather stare down a bottle of gin than watch classic, no-KO-power boxers.

REED is George Foreman...the southern guy who makes strange analogies, you're not always quite certain what he's talking about and yet you can't help but be intrigued as to what will come out of his mouth next.
