McCline seems to be in pretty good shape. Peter is a bit heavy. It appears McBride´s hard workout with McGirt paid off. He added ten pounds of pure muscles since his fight with Mollo to have more stability. He was obviously weight-drained and weakened in that bout.

 

All the heavyweights on Saturday's Don King-promoted Madison Square Garden card weighed in at the WaMu Theater lobby in the Garden complex in New York today. After the official weights were recorded by New York State Athletic Commission Chairman Ron Scott Stevens, World Boxing Council President Jose Sulaiman arrived from Mexico City to present Samuel Peter with the WBC interim heavyweight championship belt.
