Roach is a drama queen. Decent trainer, but fuck. I enjoy Pac's fights. MAB is done. I hope he gets a highlight reel KO over MAB and sends his racist ass into retirement. Then I just want a great rematch with JMM, could care less who wins.
agREED on Pac-JMM II, I have same rooting interest I had in the first fight - neither way, other than just a good fight. Though to be honest, I feel the same way about tomorrow night's fight. I picked Pac by KO (I think in 6 or 7, I forget which), but honestly don't care what happens in the fight. I don't hate either one, I probably like Pac more than Barrera, but not enough to where I'm rooting either way. I don't disagree with your take on Roach (the drama queen part), but I just think he's doing all he can to further fuck with Barrera.
i'm not even sure if roach is that good of a trainer. i guess trainers in the phillipines must really suck if roach was able to do what he did w/ pacquiao. hopkins pretty much said after thewinky fight that he couldnt even understand half the shit roach was trying to teach him. toney was only with him because he probably doesnt get along w/ trainers and roach is probably the only one who doesn't say shit to him when he shows up overweight.

Yes, as long as there is not an excess amount of tape involved. When things get a bit iffy is when gauze and tape are alternated to make a harder knuckle pad....especially if the tape goes up to the knuckle area. And even THEN - it's really not a big deal; and plenty of fighters vary handwrapping techniques in such a way. What Freddy is describing? Nah. As Joony says, it's drama-queenish. And I can almost guarantee there is NO WAY it's "4 inches of gauze on the knuckles." Take your fist and hold the knuckles horizontally and measure 4"....:eeeek: Peace.
