Is he for real or a bum? :dunno: He's a big boner, 6' 5", 240 lbs. Here's his match against this other giant as part of the Holyfield/Savarese undercard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gOucc2XylE&mode=related&search= Comments? :dunno:
He still won't have any support. Mexicans seem to descriminate against thier fighters if they weigh more than 130lbs.
Beaners have proven to be more successful at higher weights on MMA, Frank Shamrock (adopted by Irish parents), Tito Ortiz, Paul Buentello, etc... :dunno:
Nope, they are not related by blood, they were both adopted at different times by the same family. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Shamrock http://ajjcommack.cmasdirect.com/si...rainingandFighting.pml;jsessionid=nousnlqnnm0
It is suprising because they actually resemble each other a little bit. :eeeek: Well there ya go, ya learn something everyday.
:eeeek:Jimi Hendrix was my favourite guitarist--------------------------------------------------/not anymore.
I need to see the kid in a real fight before making an evaluation of him. He has pretty good skills IMO thus far from the limited action I have seen him in.
I am basing my take on him vs that huge kid with the soft midsection before the Holyfield-Savarese fight. He looked ok to me.
dsimon writes: I don't think much of him Hector. He is slow, has no footwork and no defensive skills. I find it interesting that the Mexicali heavies are so unschooled. The fighters from Mexico city that I have seen are all, by comparison technically accomplished and ring savy. Why don't these guys learn the craft? I just don't get it. The knowledge is there.
I agree. Ever notice that the guys that cross their arms in the majority of the photos (excluding that famous one of Peter Jackson who was solid granite) neglect their homework on the situp table, and fail to push away on the dinner table?
