I and I PMed me, saying that this initial post would be damning. This whole issue is one of semantics. When CYC says that we "did not bomb," he's talking about a general rule, not saying that we never bombed. As a general rule, we didn't take out North Vietnam's factories. There were some attacks now and then, but they weren't effective. CYC was totally right in this post.

If he hadn't been a total knobhead in how he worded subsequent posts, this issue wouldn't have gone on so long.
