I think that this topic would be more easily discussed after Cotto faces off with the Mosley of today. While I pick the prime Mosley to win and the Mosley of today - under heavy scrutiny of steroid abuse - we really need to take a look at how they do against each other before making a decision.
Completely disagree, especially with so many people saying how much Shane has dropped off lately. If that's their opinion then they shouldn't need to see how these 2 fare in November. We're talking a prime Mosley, not the Mosley in November. Plus steriods have nothing to do with Mosley unless you're discussing the 2nd DLH fight. I say, prime Shane stops him 4 rds earlier than Shane will in November.
Think about it.... If Cotto, say, wipes the floor with Shane in about 5 rounds...this would have implications on even a prime Shane...because a prime Shane had a close fight with Wilfredo rivera who couldn't carry Cotto's jockstrap! opcorn:
Uh, you might need to watch the Rivera fight again, that wasn't a close fight. By the way, it also brings into effect the often used styles makes fights, a rule you seem to constantly ignore.
Prime Shane mops the floor with him. Cotto would be a step behind the whole time for as long as it lasts. Mosley via late stoppage.
