Only problem I have is if Arum puts Pacquiao witht he winner of Guzman/Soto instead of JMM. If that's the case I rather see Manny fight Diaz.

Marquez is the one meaningful fight Manny should do right now. Hell is the fight that should have happened when Marquez beat Barrera. They made him wait so he earned it.

Guzman/Soto are less proven so they deserve it even less.
