Ah, it was his corner that made Tyson put the mouthpiece in sideways while trying to get off the canvas. I know where your kind is coming from now
That's funny you mention Wlad's heart because Tyson never actually came back to win a fight he was losing. Anytime his back touched the canvas, he stayed there or proceeded to take a beating and got stopped.
Well, I'm not the one saying Mike is doomed because of a good jab, now am I? If you think Mike was in his prime when he fought Douglas, well, maybe when Wlad shows up with cornermen that have a condom for and endswell you will know what I mean.
Well, he was never losing a fight when in his prime. Young Tyson, cleaned out the HW division, young Wlad, loses to Purrity.
The Klitschkos are amongst the most hated heavyweights in the history of the sport by the North American sports fans. Most of the european boxers are hated. Let's not act like this subject is being called down the middle and void of favouritism and bias.::
Why didn't Larry beat Tyson then? He was able to beat a young undefeated Mercer four years after facing Tyson. That's weird.
If the Klits are so hated, why do they live here now? They have actually gotten pretty popular, but it's hard rooting for a fighter that will quit in a heartbeat and blame it on vaseline.
It's harder when a fighter takes a seat TWICE because he's losing and pays someone millions to not fight......but hey, you are a rare breed ::
If he was so past it, why did he beat a young undefeated Mercer four years later? Discredit Holmes all you want, but I favor a prime Mercer over Wlad or Vitaly.
The cleaning had already been done, and Mike was already done. When is Wlad going to do some cleaning? I wonder if he could take out Purrity now?
Wlad could clean out the bums Tyson feasted on.....those bums never fought again after tyson fought them, ironic? Fighting Buster instead is NOT cleaning.
I never said he was prime, I even said he was past his prime in my first post on this thread. Did you forget to read that, like you forgot to read the title of this thread?
Did he beat Mercer? All I'm trying to say is that he wasn't Holyfield now past it, but definetly past his prime. And the only reason I even bring up Holmes is because of hanzy's repatitive outburts of Wlad's reach and "ramrod" jab. Well when Holmes has an identical reach and even better jab, who's the best comparison to anyone Tyson fought in his prime?
I'm not going to tell you again Mr. Durden. Tyson was already downhill vs Douglas. You could tell Mike was really on top of things when he brought out cornermen that used a contraceptive for boxing purposes.
Why was he downhill? What proof do you have? His age? :: Mike Tyson must have the shortest "prime" in history, how conveinant.......so he must have SUCKED as an all-time great, we agree on something
Uh yes he did, vs Botha, and he arguably and very nearly pulled out one of the greatest comeback of HW championship history vs Douglas, and he kept trying untill the very end vs Holy even tought he was losing. And how many times has Lewis won a fight when he was on the canvas, none, everytime he was on the canvas, the fight was stopped. Does it means he got no heart too. Now when has Wlad ever showed heart, everytime the heat is on, his ass in on the canvas, puches landed or not.

Comebacks in history? holy shit..... Now everything has to do with Wlad and not Vitaly? Wlad clearly got gased, I don't know why you want to act like that has anything to do with heart......
Uh, its when you are fatigue or hurt that you show heart, not when everything is going well. Many fighters gassed and continued, Wlad just doesnt have a fighters mentality.
Wlad was beyond gased out against Brewster, I noticed you didn't mention Vitaly again. Tyson hasn't shown heart when things were not going well, he cheated :dunno:
