and that's only in 9 rounds...Wow..no wonder he's fucked up..Golota landed at 65% rate after 8 rounds...some heavyweights barely throw 50 punches a round..Golota LANDED on average 50 a round...except for the second where he LANDED 71 FUCKING PUNCHES

    Good old 96'

Bowe took 400 odd punches and was still man enough to win the fight...while Golota was brain damaged from a couple of shots from Bowe.

Just goes to show how fragile that mook Golota was.

Golota could have been so much more if it wasn't for his brain being lose.

Brain damaged? Because he was self destructive or is there something else I don't know about?

I always question the accuracy of Compubox, but Bowe took a frightening beating that night. That was one of the few times I watched the fight while it happened and worried the guy would die in there.

Amazing fight, and Tam is right about Bowe being man enough to win the fight. Golota was a headcase.

I think it's a cliche when commentators say "at this point it's about what they have inside", as in a lot of fights, both guys want to win desperately and will give it their all. But Larry Merchant was right in this instance.
