That 5th was clearly Calzaghe's, just outboxed and outjabbed kessler, and showed good defense.

Is it me or is Kessler the only one throwing hard punches? Joe doesn't seem to have much on his shots even when he throws straight lefts.

Perhaps he's pacing himself.

Kessler looks done now. Calzaghe has turned it around

 

Kessler is going to have to commit like Marciano, Armstrong, Beau Jack as the great ones find a way.

 

I gave 7 to Joe, but it was close. Joe was boxing well but got caught with several hard shots in the 2nd third of the round.

It's clear that Kessler is the harder puncher and hurts Joe when he catches him.

Looks like swelling around Joe's left eye...

 

Kessler had some good spots towards the end of the 7th but too little too late.

4-3 Joe Calzaghe

 

7th was Cazlage's round even though Kesser did land a couple good shots

5-2 Calzage

 

7 was a close round to Joe, he was simply more consistent. He outlanded him.

 

Kessler has to go for broke or he loses...

Good round for Joe at the end. He hurt Kessler with a right hook to the ribs which was the first time Kessler backed up tonight.

Bad break by the ref but Joe has been rabbit punching.

Kessler looked a little winded that round.

I've got it even.

 

Eight was a tough round to score!!!

I think Joe stole it in the last minute.

8th was Calzage's i think he stunned Kesser a bit and i thought they stopped it ! when the ref warned him i was gonna laugh!

Calzaghe's round again.

It's funny the so called master boxer has been consistently outboxed by the alleged Sloppy Joe.

Kessler has had success attacking.
