You need to work on your technique before speed :nono: Learn how to throw the punches properly, your gym coach should help.....or at least watch him give pointers to others. You need to throw more punches, you are loading up on your punches and looking at them too long, this isn't realistic. Move around while you throw also to help your coordination and stance. Speed will come once you practice longer and throw more punches. Just throwing a left hook by itself, can slow you down, you should jab first, then throw it :dunno:
Thanks Simon :bears: Ya i do need a heavier bag but thing is i'm almost always stuck with that one cuz there are those stupid cardio boxing classes going on and they always take every other bag basically..but i guess i'll just start going at a different time !

unfortunatelly it's gonna have to be friday. I only have a weekend yearly pass to that boxing gym. So i can only go on friday,sat,sunday. Weekdays i go to my regular gym to do weight lifting but there is no boxing there..so ya on friday
