I hate Ottke, and I have oft wished that Joe would have gone to Germany and BRUTALLY KILLED Ottke in front of all of his 'adoring' fans and the three judges sitting at ringside, who would all have pockets full of money which DID NOT, in any way, shape or form, come to be in their possession in any way illegally or immorally...

Joe beats him, with room to spare, everywhere except Germany, where he'd have to settle for a split decision.

Well, the thing is this...

...To fight Joe, you usually have to go to Wales, then you get into the ring, get knocked about the shop and either get KTFO (if you are a bum) or lose a clear/lopsided points decision (if you are decent or better).

...To fight Sven, you usually have to go to Germany, then you get into the ring, punch Ottke numerous times, wait for the referee to step in and start warning you for throwing shots (ala Reid), throw more shots, then watch in bemusement as Ottke wins a 'controversial' points decision. Again.

Fucking prime RJJ would have lost to Ottke in Germany. Even if he'd knocked him clean out of the ring (likely), the ref would have lifted him up at the count of Ace (8...9...10...Jack...Queen...King...Ace) and DQ'd Jones for 'illegal blows' or similar...

...I appreciate that you are unlikely to be swayed in your opinion an' all, but seriously man, Calzaghe would have KILLED Ottke. Like 'killed' as in 'dead', 'deceased' and 'lost all breathing privileges'. Ottke would not have landed a punch in 12 WEEKS, never mind 12 rounds.

The only way Ottke would win would be to do what he always did: fight in Germany, have three German judges and make sure the referee stops Joe from throwing punches.
