I take it this is before he got his jaw broken and lost on Telefutura a couple weeks ago. I saw the fight and all I have to say is, the kid needs to give up boxing. he's not as good as his brother. He's like Rudy and Muhammad Ali. Rudy gave up fighting to support his brother full-time... Jose should do the same.
He is really fighting a division too high, I agree with Mike. Considering he got his jaw broken in the first round, he showed a lot of guts in there, I knew something was wrong when he wasn't moving in. Jose is a student at University of Houston as well, and three guys I know have said basically the same thing as fom said.
