who wins?

 

At 154, I'd pick prime Vargas in a bruising, great fight. He was very strong for that weight and Cotto wouldn't be used to that.

 

154 I favor Vargas because of size.

 

P4P maybe Cotto wins a decision.

The win counts (especially considering Vargas only had 17 fights).

I scored it a draw, but the fact is Vargas was very competitive against a top 154 lber.
