roy, though his physical ability has slipped alot, he had so much of it to begin with that he can still beat 99% of guys out there, plus i think, even though his style is unoethodox and relies on his trmendous physical abilities, he has a better chance to adapt

with tito, if you have a good jab you got a great chance to beat him and he hasnt shown and inclination that shows he can get around that

as far as the fight, roy is bigger, stronger, more talented, just better period, i dont expect this to be much of a fight, roy should starch tito early

Interesting question and so my answer is somewhat contradictory.

Roy is more likely to win the fight (I expect roy to win, and easily), but Tito is far more likely to have a comeback than Roy is...if Tito were to win.

Roy, win, lose or draw is done. If Tito were to win...possibilities are endless.

    dont agree

look at who tito has lost to, bernard and winky, both physically strong guys, technically sound, good jabs, and not only did he lose, he lost badly

To answer the question I think it would have to be Roy. I seriously think that Roy can make 1 more push in the light heavy divison. I'll Holla 5000

This won't even be an issue because there will be nothing left of Roy once Tito kicks his ass all over the ring.

you can attribute roys losses to getting caught with some shots, he can adapt around that so he doesnt get caught, become more orthodox with his defense instead of relying solely on reflex

thats why i mentioned his becoming more orthodox in his defensive style and NOT relying on reflex solely

no, just adapt a few things

and as far as that goes, hes miles ahead of tito

ill never forget the images of titos head getting snapped back like a pez dispenser

PLUS you forget what weight class they are in, roy has a better chance to comeback at lt heavy than tito does as a middle or super middle, harder divisions

Roy...if he wins he can still fight Calzaghe..Johnson rematch...Tarver..no fuck that no Milkdud...Hopkins Rematch..etc....

the only realistic fight Tito can hope for is Hopkins rematch...he can't make 154-160 cause if he could he would have.....many more money fights in that weight.....

Had Tito gotten his ass down to 160 and had a couple of tune ups, I would have said him. But since Jones, shot as he is, is about to massacre him and then most likely take on the past-prime winner of Hopkins-Calzaghe, then clearly the RJ story has a far better chance of a happy ending.

Well my cousin Javier said last night that Tito has 1 mew members of his team, one is a conditioning/Strength coach. The other they brought back to the team after his loss to Wink.
He weighs 173 right now and said he is ready to fight ASAP. The rumor is Tito is in tremendous shape and has the hunger in traing that hasn't been seen in years.Dont know how to read into that but it has alot of people talking because they onlywanted Tito to come back if he was serious,by the look of things he really is they say.

Just whats being said in Orocovis.

beating roy would mean that roy is completely and thoroughly shot.

tito couldnt even win a single round against winky and that was more than 2 years ago. calzaghe would beat tito down with ease.

Roy does by default. Tito usually retires after losing and hes losing on Jan 19.

today's version of manfredo would've won at least 2 rounds vs. winky or at the very least, land some punches.
