Why does Maxboxing's Doug Fischer look like his son Edwin Valero?

I think he jocked him so much that Doug Fischer is trying to look like him. THis is gross. The resemblance is uncanny.

I don't go there much, really don't care for that site.
Eaner that runs the forums there posts here sometimes, I think he probably knows as much as those two guys.

I have been critical of that website in the past, but there is no doubt denying the passion that some writers have over there for the sport.
But having passion for the sport and knowing about the sport are two different things as we all know.
IMO, folks there don't know a whole lot about boxing.
If they did, they would be over here, not there.

 

Having a good looking website (I agree with you there) does not mean that is a knowledgeable boxing website, and it certainly is not a knowledgeable boxing website by any means.

 

Perhaps you need to post there and be a mod there and not here?

Why are you guys ripping maxboxing. They started the whole web boxing craze with a website called houseofboxing.com. The internet has really kept our sport afloat for many years besides this last year. The more boxing sites, the better. I got banned from their message board, but i still won't trash the site. it's a great site.

Maxboxing is a clearinghouse for American boxing interests. Thats it. They are not into foreign talent, even if it dominates the game. Unless its brown, like the people that "run" that site.
