Any SINGLE fight you could make happen and watch from the front row? What would it be? Example would be prime Tyson vs prime Ali..

See the reason i didn't say SRR vs. Duran was because both fighters were at their very..very best at different weight division..and i didn't wanna make it another p4p matchup.....

Robinson wasn't at his best at 160...he was still better than most..but not at his own best...

I just watched Pryor vs Arguello II today.....

That guy was incredible. Nonstop puncher with unlimited stamina, a great chin, solid punching power and above average boxing skills.

Probably a bit too small for the welterweights of that era....and even though he owned an amatuer win over Hearns, he would have been stopped by Tommy at 147. Leonard would have probably stopped him as well.

Too bad that Pryor allowed substance abuse to rob him of his prime years, ..damn shame. He woulda ruled for years at 140.

My one fight I woulda loved to see would have been 1982 Pryor vs. 1979 Duran.

    What a fight

Pryor was dogging him to get a shot. The terms must have been unreasonable.

I think Pryor would have stopped Leonard late.

I know you've seen HBO's Legendary Nights series, but there's a lot more to Aaron Pryor than that. He routinely ducked the best fighters of his era, like Roberto Duran. Go on Youtube or Megaupload, and watch Pryor's comeback win over Dujuan Johnson. Leonard's doing the commentary, and he gives Pryor a shot after the fight. Leonard had other fights lined up, and then he had an eye injury, so the fight didn't happen.

Seriously, I like Aaron Pryor as a fighter, but don't believe everything you hear about him wanting to fight everyone out there, because it isn't true.

Your joking right? Pryor is one of my all time favorites, and I didnt care much for Leonard but still, Ray woulda kicked Pryor's ass at 147!

I still think Pryor's speed and aggression would frustrate Ray into making mistakes. It's a shame we'll never find out.

Pryor's speed? Aaron had fast hands and all but, we're talking about Ray Leonard here. Pryor CERTAINLY didnt have a handspeed edge over Ray. And unlike all the guys Aaron beat at 140, he wouldnt be able to overwhelm Ray because Leonard was physically stronger and Aaron couldnt force him back. And before you say that Pryor could pull off what Duran did, Pryor also wasnt as strong as Duran, and CERTAINLY didnt have Duran's defense or body punching.

Leonard stops Pryor late at 147.
