Boring fight. Every time Tua faced a big hitter, he went into his shell.

Do you just throw info out there or do you think about it first?

He went into a shell against Lennox, but only after he knew he wouldn't be able to reach Lennox without getting hammered.

He went into his shell against Lewis, Maskaev, Rahman (twice), Izon and Oquendo, looking for one knockout punch at a time.

Obviously his strategy worked as he knocked out his opponent 4 out of those 6 fights.:dunno:

Yeah. That knockout of Rahman was reeeeeal impressive. One of the most incompetent stoppages I've seen. The point is, Tua lost tons of rounds against every big hitter he faced. Do you think he'd have been able to stop Mike Tyson with one big punch after hiding out for 11 rounds, like he did against Izon and Maskaev? That fight would be a one-sided win for Tyson. You need a better figther to beat a prime Tyson.

    Better fighter like Buster Douglas?

I'm talking about the Tua that fought Ike Ibeabuchi. That Tua would give Prime Tyson all he could handle.

Buster Douglas was better than Tua, and I'm not sold on Ike Ibeabuchi being such a big puncher.
