Didn't Mayorga say he wanted to fight Cotto and Mosley in that interview as well? Cotto ain't happening but maybe a Mosley fight would be intriguing. It'd be nice to say Shane beat up his grandfather.

IMO , Mayo can make a 147 weigh in if he trains properly and watches his diet the right way ... I think mostly he has been above 147 because he doesn't like to focus on his weight and a proper diet. I think he like to just train and fight at a weight that he doesn't have to struggle as much to make ...

I think Mayorga can make and be a factor at 147.

The fight that I think would be really interesting would be against Judah at say 150. Mayorga is a fight that Judah can finally win, but it's also a fight that Mayorga can win. A tougher fight for Mayorga, but also interesting would be against Margarito at 150.

Cintron, who I like to watch, is a very mediocre champion and doesn't project to ever be more than that. I hope he gets by Clottey, but wouldn't count on it.

 

They are nothing alike. Forrest is a boxer, Cintron a puncher.

If he can make 147 comfortably, i think he would lay out Cintron within 6.

I think it's too soon from the Vargas fight for Mayorga to be thinking 147, but if he can do it, I'd like to see this fight.
