This isn't logic, this is ignorance. Roy Jones fought as heavyweight. So he should be the bigger stronger man than Johnson or Tarver. You also don't know what Tito brings to the table at 170lbs. How do you know he doesn't hit harder than Johnson?

What these pictures actually do prove is that both men trained hard for this fight so they will give it all. I wish both men the best of luck and I really hope they give the fans a great fight.

Telling you right now there will be NO blowout on Saturday we will see a good one and WE FUCKING DESERVE IT, Trinidad is making a serious attempt at this comback as were the talks and to his credit he IS mentally more prepared to get into a war if need be as where Jones has to be weary of the one hitter quitter as it shows will shorten his night.

    War Tito:flip:

He's not. The photo makes him look a little chubby but he's in great shape considering he's at 170lbs. I'm very surprised. With his new chief second to train him, and papa trinidad in charge of his stamina, I think they have a winning team. Honestly, even if they loose but look good and competitive they still win. They pressure is on Roy.

I expect Tito to be in shape. He's always been a disciplined guy when it comes to that. But that aside, sorry to say that he will not beat Roy. Tito will always have a place in my heart, and in the hearts of all Puerto Ricans. But reality is reality.

Roy is too big, too strong, too fast, too skilled, and too gifted for Tito. Tito has heart and he will try hard. But his heart is what will make him take a big beating. This is gonna be hard to watch.

Hopefully the referee stops this one on time and doesn't allow any unnecessary punishment.

It AMAZES REED how Peeps Get Caught Up N ABS...All of Sudden, Tito WILL Have Stamina @ 170 & he WILL B Able to Withstand the Punch of a Lightheavy...

    & He WON'T B SLOWED by the Extra Weight & Fighting the FASTEST Lightheavy N HISTORY Won't B a Factor...& Since Tito Could Punch @ 147-160, he can ALSO Punch @ 170...

    He'll B FOCUSED & COMPETITIVE...

All Cause his ABS Look Good...

Right or that Roy Jones is not shot or is his reflexes are still there because he beat two tomato cans in his last two fights. Or that when Tito tags him he won't go to sleep like when Johnson or Tarver hit him. Please.

But I'll agree with you Reed, Roy has to be the favorite to win this one. Trinidad has a lot of questions to answer and there is nothing to believe he can have the stamina at this new weight or even fight with a light heavyweight. That's not illogical. So anybody picking Tito is because they are his fans. Plain and simple.

    Abs, conditioning....means NOTHING....:nono:

Trinidad cannot win..........even if he lands a clean/hard left hook that Jones doesn't see coming...I DOUBT it will drop Jones like the left from Tarver did.....the best it will do is STUN Jones like Tarver did in the trilogy.....ONE punch from Trinidad is not going to do it....he will have to land 3,4 clean punches to get a hurt/stun Jones out of their...

Agreed! He filled 170 pretty damn good. There are so many variables in this fight. So many questions that will be answered. RJ is the favorite and I can agree with that.

    WAR TITO!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bernard that Fought Roy THREW More Punches & was MORE AGGRESSIVE...

The Bernard Tito Fought was More EXPERIENCED, but NOT Necessarily "Better"...

The last time Roy resurfaced looking like Osama, he lost. Jones has done everything right after that third loss to Tarver; taking time off, and then re-inventing himself while fighting lesser fighters. But I wonder if the ghosts of those knockouts still haunt him. Plus, we already know he's slipped some - what if the struggle to go down in weight coupled with his age makes Saturday the night he becomes a ghost himself?

Those questions makes it that much easier to lay a lil' green on Tito. But those are the only reasons--Roy Jones should put him away in six. And even if it's the same Roy that fought Hanshaw, he'll put on a show doing it.

I agree with you just until the KO thing. I mean really knowing the way Roy approaches won't he just be content to win a decision. By all accounts he absolutely outclassed Hanshaw, but didn't get a KO there either?

I mean the only time Tito's been stopped was when papa "handwraps" trinidad threw in the towel (although he was in the process of becoming a vegetable)

My point is I just don't see this instance of how he's gonna go for a KO, no matter how much crap he talks. Hell look at all the crap he talked before Tarver 3, its not like u can take his word for it that it'll end in 4.

I wonder if Tito has any power at this new weight. This my big question. He looks conditioned, but if he can't Jones respect it's going to be a tough night.

A few years ago I'd have picked Roy hands down to beat Tito ... but today it's a TOUGH call who will win.

Roy will still have speed and slick skill on his side , but Tito has that plodding determination , heavy hands and Roys questionable chin.

Once a fighter has been KO'd cold ... it seems something changes in they're brain and they're never quite the same.

IF they're both coming to really fight (and it appears both have trained well) , this is a tough call.

    Pick em ... :dunno:
