Hanshaw os horrible. I struggle to even think of a top ten fighter he'd beat. From 160 to 175.

I understand that. However , have you seen Tarver lately ?? He shot to hell. And how would Winky keep Hanshaw off of him ? There is really nothing he could do even if Winky is the better fighter.

P4P all in their primes , Hanshaw doesn't come close. Right now at the moment , its possible he beats these guys ...

You think he could get to Delahoya if they fought at 167 ?

Winky don't have to keep Hanshaw off him, he would outbox him....and easily. Tarver outboxes/outworks him to. Anything is possible, but I don't think it's very likely. let me know when he actually beats someone worth a damn.

Bro , I don't think Hanshaw is anything. I'm just pointing out the obvious in this PRESENT time ....
Winky would fight Hanshaw at Lt Heavy the same way he fought Taylor at Middle weight. IMO he wouldn't last.
Tarver outworks ? Maybe 4 years ago or something. Tarver don't have that kind of stamina anymore.

Tarver couldn't even keep up with old ass Bernard who was never known for setting a fast pace. Tarver isn't outworking anyone, and I wouldn't pick Tarver with any confidence over ANYONE right now. He's that shot.

I look at it this way. if Wright and tarver were fighting hanshaw in Hanshaw's next 2 fights, and the odds were even who do I bet? I bet Wright and Tarver both very big because Hanshaw is not very good.

youre the one who brought up taylor and used him as a comparison to 'Tony the Tiger', the guy you've been seemingly singing the praises of in this thread. do some research chief. taylor owns hanshaw

thats great. whatever he did against Taylor worked considering he won about 8 rounds in that fight. why would hanshaw do any better than taylor did? taylor proved he is several notches above the guy.

Oh , He won 8 rounds ????? I thought you go by the rules and not by opinions ?
You know , like how Oscar really won the rematch with Shane - just like Winky won 8 rounds ??? Sounds fair to me , don't ya think ?

I form my own opinions based on watching the fights. Wright sure did defeat Taylor. However, I knew betting on him was a fruitless endeavor. Mosley defeating DeLaHoya was worth two paydays however:bears:

In the other thread , you talked about who get the decision is what you go by ... So that should apply to all fighters , not just the ones that you happen to like ....
You have just proved yourself to be biased and full of shit ...

Anyway , I already knew that about you. About why would Hanshaw possibly do better then Taylor , well how about 15 pounds of fat on Winky and the fact that he isn't far from 40 and has been a pro fighter for 18 years. Not to mention the Taylor fight itself probably took something from him.

    Fuck Joe Calzaghe. :flip:

Like I said before. He fought his first big fight in the 90's vs Eubank. then he got his next big fight against Lacy in the new millenium. You can't expect him to fight anyone of top notch until at least 2010. Could you expect anymore from Joe?:dunno:

Except the biggest, most dangerous, most significant win of his career is Kessler.

I'll give you Kessler. I never thought a whole lot of Kessler, but he was a good win:clap:

Joe will never get much respect from me. When all those years he could've been making great fights, cementing himself in the legacies of boxing, he chose to fight Jimenez.
