delahoya will look bad against forbes en route to a lackluster decision.

let's not pretend forbes really lost to bernard's step niece, Reed.

    1. Tito is a Noted PUNCHER, Forbes DOESN'T Even have a "Puncher's Chance"...

    2. Tito CALLED OUT Roy, DeLa PURSUED Forbes...
    3. Tito was an ELITE Lower Weight Fighter, Forbes is a Perennial Lower Weight CONTENDER...

    4. Tito was AS TALL if Not TALLER than Roy, Forbes is Half a Foot SHORTER than DeLa...

Must REED Elaborate Fuuuuurther???:dunno: ...Sorry, but this is MUCH WORSE than Roy-Tito...

& Even the Most DEDICATED DeLa DICKRider CAN'T Justify this 1...

this makes DLH look like such a bitch

like REED said.. Forbes does not have "Exceptional" handspeed.. lol.. DLH might even be as fast or faster and he's BIGGER!

and you can not compare this to Roy-Tito

Tito called out Roy and people tought Tito is apuncher and Roy had a questionable chin.. it was kinda intresting and a good fight

DLH is the one going for Forbes:lol:  I mean.. for DLH to look for a few more fights in his career and pick a former super FEATHER???

While Oscar is at it, he can also call out Manny Pacquiao to face him at 150. I mean why not. Afterall this seems to be the route he's going on. OMG I wish either Mayweather or Cotto would have gotten this opportunity so that either can force Oscar to get out of boxing.

Oh was he serious about that??.... Ok... Then go down even lower and call out Ivan Calderon to face him at 147. Afterall, Oscar's MO is to fight small guys now, right?..

True , this is bullshit .... Forbes even as a warm-up fight is NOT even close to being a decent choice of opponents ....

Dela should go ahead and KO the sloppy Margarita ..

I agree. He would KO Margarita and it would be an acceptable fight at the very least.

I wouldn't be so sure at this stage. Obviously neither is Oscar, that's why they're taking on an opponent who has no chance at all.

Margarita would't be able to bully Oscar and would actually probably be fighting backing up. Something he is not used to.
Couple that with his slower hands and sloppy punches , he gets tagged until a real nice one lands , then he goes down.
It would be similar to Mayorga except Margarita would look better and the fight would go longer ...

I would rather DLH fight Paulie. I think Paulie would give him a better fight based on style, youth and hunger.

Either choice is lame for an Oscar fight. But Paulie was the best choice.

Forbes will be much more entertaining then Paulie. He is also a better match up.

why? because he fought in the contender? The guy is naturally smaller and has been around too long to be a good match up at this stage.

The loss of Paulie against Cotto was more impressive and exciting than anything Forbes has done. :dunno:

Malignaggi would've been an easy KO for Oscar...and it would've probably looked great on screen.

Roy's off the hook this time. But if he starts calling out guys like Oscar he better get the same critisizm. Roy would never do that though right?

based on what? nobody has Ko'd Paulie to begin with. :dunno:

Cotto couldn't take him out and Paulie won some rounds off him. The same Cotto people blame Delahoya for ducking at this point.

this is 2008 not 2000, DLH is a part time boxer and Paulie is slick enough and fast enough avoid that left hook while slapping him around for a while.

Only difference with Forbes is that he is older and brings "The Contender" hype which means shit anyways.

I wish i could photoshop. I'd make a standard boxing poster with Forbes and Oscar, but the headling would be the date and so on along with the headline "WTF!?"
