I came onto this board years ago talking about Junior Witter. I was laughed off the board when I told everyone he would be a world champ

Witter was fighting the Kotelnicks and the Lynes of the world.

he went over to fight Noud and I backed him all the way on the board. The majority picked against him.

Witter did a job on Noud dropping him and beating him on points.

Then came the Corley fight. The majority picked against Witter again but I stood by my man and he got the job done. WBC CHAMPION.

Then of course was the sizzling KO of Vicious Vivienn Harris. Which I predicted too. I drummed up the fight and my mate didn't disappoint with a thunderous left hook that I had nightmares about for weeks.

I took the stick on this board and now I deserve the plaudets!!

I DEMAND YOU ALL TO KISS MY ASS.

    He's a good fighter.

There's very little "solid" about him though.

Not me Attraction. I have been pushing Witter since he was the first fighter to make Judah look average.....on just a couple weeks notice.

I won't kiss your ass because I picked Witter to win all those fights too. And I think he would beat Hatton and any other 140 pounder in the world as well.:tease:

How is he not a solid fighter? He is the WBC Champ, and he hasn't come close to losing in years.

Firstly...he didn't get "starched" by anyone, especially not Judah.

And if they fought tomorrow, any knowledgable boxing fan would favor Witter.

He HAS come close to losing though. N'Dou and Kotelnik.

And I said the guy is a good fighter. Solid aint a word I'd use though. For mine, that means he does everything well. A workman. Techincally profecient. Witter has no real orthodox techinque and lacks in a lot of areas. He also excels in a number too.

    He's good.

No. Rainmaker trolled this forum talking shit about a no hoper in Sam.

Witter is five zillion times more talented and accomplished than Sinan samil Sam ever dreamed of being.

Witter is VERY close to top ten P4P- no doubt about that.

People on the boards know me (rightly) as a big Hatton nuthugger, but if he were to fight Junior, it wouldn't be any more than a 60/40 fight IMO.

I've always defended Junior- I always said that he fought Zab when he was very green and he LEARNT a lot from that fight- KO-ing people left and right afterwards. Moreover, he has learned the classic 'Ingle' style- he is hard as fuck to hit, throws shots from awkward angles and has gotten himself some POWER to trouble any cat at 140.

The only problem for me is Attraction. No offense bro, but if Witter gets ICED, then every single person on this board will laugh their ass off at your expense. Me included. Even though I can't imagine a scenario in which I'd want to see him beaten- you have that effect on peeps...

I have nothing against Witter but why stay at 140. There really isn't anyone there. Why not move up the 7lbs and fight the big boys. I'll Holla 5000

Witter has too many holes to be a called a solid fighter. A solid fighter is a very good all round fighter, who is technically proficient.

Did you think Hamed was a solid fighter too?

    Agreed.
I opened up a thread about this a month ago and all Attraction could seem to get into his head was a fight with Hatton.

IMO, Attraction's hatred for Hatton far outweighs his appreciation for Witter. :dunno:

I'm not even talking about the boxers. I'm talking about the quality and quantity of the thread starters known as Rainmaker and Attraction.

I should know. In RJJ's prime, I think I had both Rainmaker and Attraction beat.
