Good post. Especially after that 12th round, I love Israel, I'm a big fan now.

What a little warrior he is. That 12th round was quite a show.

That round was what won it for him, and to think he didn't deserve the decision really is retarded. He won 7 rounds, closed the show like a champ, and had an extra point for the low blows. Shit, I wouldn't be surprised if some judges called that last round a 10-7 ::

 

The scoring was a complete disgrace. ONe judge had it practically a shutout for Vasquez. I can't find one round from the first 5 that Vasquez won. Get fucking real. What a joke.

Round 6 - Vasquez
Round 7 Marquez
Round 8 - Vasquez
Round 9 - Marquez
Round 10- Even
Round 11-12 - Vasquez

It was a great fight. The status of both fighters was elevated greatly because of the trilogy................and the last thing anybody should be bitching about regardless of the outcome is a "robbery".

 

Watching it first time I had it for Marquez very narrowly

Looks like some people bought into the on air blowjob that Bernstein was giving Marquez.

Vasquez won the third, and the sixth, pretty clearly too. And apart from the round with a KD, they were all close rounds.

Glad I am not alone in think Vasquez won round 3, hell I thought it was a pretty clear round to be honest.

 

He was also poor late, when he tried to balance his scorecard. I thought rounds 9 and 10 were won by Marquez. I think it was without a doubt a fight between 113-112 Marquez and 114-111 Vazquez, so it would seem the SD for Vazquez is the right call, although nobody really lost.

Unfortunately they never get the fame on money to go along with their performances. If that fight was on regular national television, they´d be the talk of the week in the american sports world, regardless of their weight or first language.

 

The last round should have been 10-7 Vasquez easily.

 

I missed the last three rds to pickup food but I had Marquez up by a point going into the last three.

If I remember round 10 right, Marquez won that round. Then he lost 11 clearly and got his ass whipped in round 12.

no such robbery if exists if it was a split decision with the overall observers scoring it no worse than 7-5 in vor of either guy.
