I thought Henderson would cause Anderson a lot of trouble but it didn’t really work out that way….Silva IMO is the most dominating champ ever!

    Nobody can touch this guy.

Thing about Silva is, not only is he beating top opposition he's dominating them. I mean none of his fights have gone past the second round since he joiued the UFC>

With Anderson your'e either getting knocked out or submitted.

    He's a killer

he's one of the few fighters that enter the octagon without fear. You don't even see him nervous at all, but instead he looks like he's enjoying himself. He's sick.

he's a cold blooded killer for sure. I still think fedor is the most dominant ever, though.

Fedor does have the better career resume. IMO Dan Henderson was the best fighter Anderson's fought.

Personally I haven't followed Fedor as much as Silva so I cant really comment..

But to me Silva takes on anyone and totally kicks the shit out of them, the guy is stoned cold killer in that ring.

I cant think of one boxer that does the same :dunno:

i still remember when silva was clowning around although dominating against chonan before he got caught by the sickest scissor hook i've ever seen. that would've never happened to Fedor.

His victory over Henderson wasn't real dominant. He lost round 1 and he was losing round 2 until he landed the knee.

If choking out a fellow champion at his ideal weight in less than 2 rounds isn't dominant, then I don't know what is.

Dominant is Roy Jones in his prime where his opponent didn't win 1 second of a fight.

Henderson was winning the fight until the knee hurt him. He controlled the first round and he landed good right hands in round 2 before the knee hurt him.

It was impressive how Silva tapped Henderson in round 2 when Page at 205 couldn't make him tap or even hurt him but lets not pretend that he dominated the fight.

There is a big difference between dominating a fight and finishing it as soon as your opponent makes a mistake.

Not to B DISRESPECTFUL, but it Seems like Fedor Is Starting to Live Off of his NAME, These Days...

He's in an INFERIOR Organization & he DOESN'T Compete Frequently...How Many Times has Anderson Silva Fought, Since Fedor's Last Bout???:dunno: ...

Perhaps it's Different N MMA, but N Boxing, "Lb 4 Lb" is about RECENCY...What have U Done LATELY...

REED Certainly ISN'T Dismissing what Fedor has DONE, but what is he DOING, Compared to what Anderson Silva is DOING???...

N REED's Brief Time of Watching MMA, Silva Beating Henderson is Quite Easily the Most IMPRESSIVE Win REED Knows of...

As long as Fedor wants to continue on fighting nobody you absolutely have to rank Anderson Silva higher P4P.

Anderson is taking out top guys, Fedor is fighting middleweights and circus freaks.

Agreed. Last good guy Fedor faced was about a year and a half ago and it was Mark Hunt. Hunt is 5-3 in MMA and his best wins were over Cro Cop by SD and Wandy who is not even close to a HW. IMO, even that win isn't as impressive as Silva beating Henderson who is a far more proven fighter than Hunt.

I honestly think Fedor isn't as great as he's given credit for.

And lets not forget his other loss when he got triangle choked by Japanese can Daiju Takase:lol:

The people on here who say he's better than Fedor seem to forget about those fights rather quickly when saying Anderson is the best:lol:.Fedor wouldn't of lost to fighters the level or Takases and Ryo Chonan :nono:

So the FACT that Silva's on a GOOD Streak & Beating GOOD Competition (N a Better Organization) is CANCELLED Out by Some Losses N the Past???...

N Other Words, No Matter WHAT Fedor Does or Doesn't Do, he's Lb 4 Lb???...

    many people will disagree.

The losses to Chonan and that other guy were really bad, especially the second one, he lost in like 2 minutes.

I think Silva's p4p right now but by no means is he the greater fighter.Fedor's never came close to losing a fight and he's fought much better fighters than Silva in his career.

REED was NEVER Trying to Insinuate that Silva is "Greater"...Like U Said, Fedor's Basically Undefeated, so there's NO Topping that...

REED was just Arguing who's More Deserving of Lb 4 Lb NOW...

What does that matter? A loss is a loss. Many fighters have losses due to cuts. It's part of the game.

Fedor's 'loss' was questionable at best. He got hit by an illegal elbow seconds into the fight, and the ref stopped it.

As of his recent resume...Silva has the better PVP ranking. He has beaten more quality opponents over the last 1.5 years and has fought more frequently. However, as far as rating the entire careers of both....Fedor has him beat.
