THe fight could of easily went to either fighter IMO but two out of the three gave it to Pacquiao,he won the fight,end of story,what we think doesn't matter,Its in the books as a Pacquiao win now lets move on.

Unfortunately the fight was great and a candidate for fight of the year. It was close enough to be controversial.

so no we won't move on. I'm ok with the result but the discussion of this fight will go on for a while. :warning:

because of how close it was. Both camps can argue they won. Fans from both sides claim they won.

hell look at all the discussion from the first fight 4 years ago. This is the same only closer.

 

Perhaps we disagree on what controversy means. We have discussion because the fans are divided and there is passion in their respective beliefs. Not because of any inherent controversy in the result itself.

 

might as well.It will be a back and forth debate with no winner,just like there first fight.I think there evenly matched fighters that will always have close fights that can go either way,unfortunately for Marquez,he hasn't had any luck in those two CLOSE fights.Theres a ton of good fights being set up this year and that's what I'm looking foward too:clap:

 

I see no way that JMM could have 7 or 8 rounds in this fight

 

if you think he lost round 12 then I doubt you gave him more than one round

 

duh, that's your opinion not a fact. as much as this sports becomes so subjective when its very close, i'm sad to be seeing people not being able to live with a good decision and insist that their opinion should have held as a fact. tell you what, i can't see how JMM should have won at least 8 rds to have gotten the decision. it would have been more acceptable if you said the fight should have been a draw.
