When you win a fight and don't get the decision you have a right to complain.

I agree. Pacquiao has every right to complain about their first fight when an admitted scoring error cost him a deserved win.

JMM never gave Pac a rematch when it was demanded @ 126, instead he fought Chris John in indonesia for chump change. Now all of a sudden people demand a rubbermatch after PAC-JMM 2... Pacquiao can fight JMM again (it will always be an excellent fight) or he can move up and go for the record books, a Filipino attempting to win a world title in 4 different divisions.

I already know Marquez is better than Pacquiao.

Actually coming into this rematch Paquiao was supposed to be this new and improved boxer and Marquez was this old man that was slipping according to some of you. Pacquiao was supposed to destroy him like he did MOrales.

Marquez showed me he can still keep up with Paquiao's speed and he can still confuse him with smarts and skills.

I want to see another fight because the first two have been real good competitive fights.

I rather see Paquiao get tested with someone like Marquez who will not only challenge him physically but will make him think in there. He won't be a punching bag coming forward like DAvid Diaz will be come June.

For those reasons I can understand you wanna see Pacquiao in the ring with Marquez anymore. :stir:

24 rounds between them in 4 years.

Even an older JMM was able to outbox the so called improved Pacquiao. Sure Pacquiao managed to land his bombs and score knockdowns. But his sucess was not as consistent.

I had JMM winning both fights.

apparently some of you chaps think pacquaio has proven his superiority over marquez in their two fights.

    he hasn't.

if he wants to move on and move up, that's fine. but diaz is a mediocre fighter who got his ass kicked by holt and was losing badly against santa cruz. hardly a compelling foe, even at the new weight.

he can do whatever he pleases. if he wants to go around claiming he is better than marquez for posterity on the strength of those two fights then he'll be considered as full of shit as señor soiled drawls.

:bears: the only thing Pacquiao owes Marquez are the 4 KDs in two fights. I got a feeling that JMM's gut churns whenever that thought comes up to him.

Rubbish. He's got two wins against him. Whether we all agree or not is irrelevant.

Close fights are close fights. Scoreboard is all that matters.

Then if that's true, what he has is a draw and a win.

    Peace.

Just caught the replay, and round 3 should've been 10-7 for sure. Marquez was going down at the end and held the ropes, Bayless missed the call there.

Also if it wasn't for the last punch that caught an off-balance Pacquiao in round 2, it was basically a Pacquaio round.

More convinced now that Pac won by 1-3 points EASY.

Some people on here was saying Marquez was winning the 3rd before getting knocked down.I didn't see it that way at all and I'm being serious.

I watched the replay with the sound off and round 3 was a Pacquiao wash. He buckled Marquez at least 4 times in that round, not including the two knockdowns.

The only firm rounds that Marquez won were rounds where Manny stepped off the gas, and round 8 when he was blinded by the cut on his eye.

I mean in all honesty, Marquez got fucked up in this fight. I've never seen him staggered and hurt as badly as he was in this fight so many times.

REED Gave Marquez Rounds 1 & 11...REED had Round 7 EVEN...

The Fight Itself if About those 3 Rounds, Cause All the Rest were Pretty Easy to Score...

I honestly think Marquez landed some good shots but a lot of them were blocked and Pacquiao was just off-balance.

Pacquiao was in far more trouble during the first Morales fight than he ever was against Marquez in both fights.
