I know some people are down on Steve and doubt his ablities, but I think he would be a live dog in this match.

I do believe cuns might be a little bit underrated, and Haye a little bit overrated, there's 2 or 3 fights left for Haye at Cruiserweight if he likes.

No way on Earth would Cunningham be able to stink his way to a decision against Haye... :nono:

Haye would KO Cunningham mid-to-late rounds.

That said, as Haye has now left the building, Cunningham should look to fight Maccarinelli. That would be a good fight, and depending on how Enzo reacts to the Haye defeat (which would have been a win, obviously, if he'd been able to stay the distance), is effectively a pick 'em.

Cunningham would B Winning Until he Got CAUGHT...

He's More REFINED than Haye, would Make Haye Look Amatuerish @ Times, but Ultimately, Cunningham DOESN'T have the Power to Keep Haye HONEST...

Also, Haye's Tooooo GOOD of an ATHLETE for Cunningham to Keep DISTANCE an Entire Fight...

    Haye by KO...

REED Actually WISHES this Fight would Happen...Instead of Moving Up Now, Haye should COMPLETELY Unify the Division, THEN Move Up...

Good responses all, but I think it is a moot point as David is moving into the Heavyweight Division.

    I think Haye stops him.

Cunningham loves his reach and height and speed advantages....

He wouldn't have ANY of those here - and to boot, would be dealing with a kryptonite-like right hand...Wlodarczyk had much success with the overhand right; so did Davis (and he's limited) and so did Jones - and I thought Guillermo won that fight.

If it goes late, Cunningham can win rounds - but he fatigues, too, and becomes Paul Williams-like.

I think Haye can take this one....probably by stoppage.

    Peace.

Wow. Since almost everyone picks Haye, I guess I really don't want Cunningham to fight Haye anymore:lol:

I think Cunningham prays at his bedside everynight that this fight happens since its the only way he can make a decent payday. Haye by KO, but like Karl said, its a moot point since Haye is most likely moving upward.

If Cunningham is wise, he'd call out Mac.

The fight would be in Cardiff, possibly on a Calzaghe undercard, in front of 50,000 people and worth a few bob. As well as being eminently winnable...
