The talk is that Frye pulled out so he can face Kimbo when they debut on CBS on May 31.

For real. That could turn into a great fight. Frye should at least go down swinging.

I know Don, and if he says it is his shoulder, it's legit.
Say what you want about him, but the man is no liar.

Dont think anyone is saying he is a liar....

If he's sitting on a bum shoulder he'll definintely wanna be 100% for MMA's network TV debut

Funny how quickly that shoulder will heal if they offer him the Kimbo fight.

I don't think Frye has much left in the tank, but he's still a good test for Kimbo at this stage of his career. People seem to be in a rush to push Kimbo into fighting the top heavies, but he's only had 2 sanctioned fights.

If you want a good measuring stick for how shot Frye is, he got KO'd by James Thompson last year, the same James Thompson who is 2-6 in his last 8, and who lost to Butterbean, and Frye has only won 4 of his last 11, and his last somewhat meaningful win was against Shamrock back in 2002, in a fight many thought he lost, and in which it was rumored that Frye was so doped up on painkillers during the fight, that's the only reason he didn't submit to Shamrock's ankle locks.

I think Kimbo would beat Frye pretty handily.
