This weekend we have Hopkins vs Calz. which is a huge fight, but we also have Serra vs GSP. How do you decide what to watch? I can go watch the UFC for free at Hooters and Hops vs Calz will be on free next weekend on HBO, so it is getting harder to justify ordering PPV's for anything. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I enjoy both, but I want the Cal/Hop fight on my DVR. So I'm gonna go watch the UFC live at a bar and then jet home to watch the boxing match.

That's why I go to hooters and watch ufc it's free. And HBO will broadcast hops v cal a million times, but it will be 6 months before spike shows serra v gsp which is a very good fight. boxing is my first sport, but the cost for a ppv is getting harder to justify when it's on hbo for free a week after the ppv. I am glad I only watch fighting sports. I got burnt out on sports with anywhere from a game a week to 70 a season.

GSP is Probably REED's Fave, but they Haven't Seen as Much of him as REED has...

Is Rampage a family fave too? I bet your all watching the current season of TUF right now with Rampage and Griffin.
I can't stand Hughes. It was awesome how easily GSP whupped his butt a few months back. Even worse than the 2nd fight.

Rampage Probably Will B by the End of this Season of TUF...We TIVO Every Episode & REED's 9 Year Gets PISSED if we Delete it B 4 She can Watch It...

REED's 4 Year Old Loooooves to Sneak Up on People & Put them N the Rear Naked Choke or "Nekkid Choke", as She Calls it:lol: ...

REED REALLY Tried to Get them to Like GSP, but THE WAY he Whipped Hughes was a Turnoff & it's Hard for them to Understand him when he Speaks...

Mrs. REED likes Hughes Cause She's Also from the Country...

REED Can Get his Fam to Watch Boxing w/him SOMETIMES, but ANYTIME MMA is On, they're N the Living Room Checking it Out...

Serra and GSP aren't enough big names for me to ditch an amazing matchup between two perennial P4P titans like Calzaghe and Hops. I'll watch HBO then, read the results of UFC on the web

I just can't see Hopkins and Calzaghe being anything but boring. I probably wouldn't watch it even if UFC wasn't on. At least I wouldn't go out of my way to see it.

I respect Bernard for being one of the greatest fighters of his era, but I really don't have any desire to see him fight anymore.

Hooters wings, naked (without the breading), are the best homey.

If Calzaghe can get off 50 punches or more i think the Calzaghe-Hops fight will be better. If Calzaghe can't get off a high output the fight could end up being a boring Hopkins fight.

I would probably say that the Hops-Calzaghe fight means way more in terms of legacy and that 2 top p4p fighters are fighting but Serra-GSP should be better. Especially if Serra can pull off another upset on GSP.

Happily the choice is made for me - Calzaghe-Hopkins is on live here and UFC is always shown the night after at 10pm. Perfect, tbh, cause UFC is way easier to avoid the results of.
