    Nice match-up....

    Chandler by clear decision.

Too versatile, too busy, too aggressive for the slower, more open, more selective Austin...though Timmy is a good boxer; Jeff is just better.

I think Jeff can take Timmy's left hands.

    Peace.

Jeff's defense wasn't that great, and he really didn't have the one shot power that Raf Marquez had to surprise Austin and take him out.

I'll take Austin by late-round TKO.

Chandler went 15 rounds with heavy-punching Canizales and did just fine...and went rounds with solid/good punchers like Murata and Muniz. Sandoval had a very good punch and put Jeff down in the 11th...and even then Chandler went 4 more rounds before succumbing in the 15th at the end of his career, in his last fight, after significant weight struggles.

I liked Austin and followed him quite a bit.

To give Chandler fits you have to be unorthodox and a bit unpredictable like Murata was....

I think Timmy is too selective and methodical to win this fight.

To your point, if he did, it'd have to be by stoppage.

    Peace.
