REED Saw Chris Byrd on FNF the Other Day & he Looked like a CRACKHEAD... Roy Jones was Actually BIGGER than Chris Byrd... REED:eeeek:
I didn't see that I just saw that one interview where Byrd looked HAPPY to drop all that weight. I'm sure he smoked something to help him out.
:: It's "POOKIE", Dog..."Mookie" was Spike Lee's Character from "Do the Right Thing"... But REED Gets your Point... REED::
Roy was the Special Guest w/Brian Kinney, Talking about Calzaghe-Hopkins... 1st Amir Khan was Interviewed...He Looked like a Fucking MIDDLEWEIGHT:: ...Then, Byrd was Interviewed...Roy's Body Looked THICKER & his Face was FULLER than Byrd's...REED would Guess Roy Weighed 180something... Then Byrd Said, "I Walk Around @ 176" :eeeek: :eeeek: :eeeek: ...Right THEN, REED Knew he was Sucking that Glass Dick... REED::
DLH vs Chris Byrd December 08 at a "catch weight of 152" because Byrd has to bulk up. Then DLH can retire by beating a heavyweight champion.
You're assuming his performances in recent years are due ONLY to weight....and not to physical decline. I don't think that's the case, bro. Also - remember that at LHWT, his opponents will also be faster, quicker, more agile and will have higher workrates.... Being at HWT also had advantages. Peace.
Do the right thing is one of my fav of all time:: IMO best lines maybe EVER in a movie are the exchange betwen Radio Raheem and the store owner trying to buy batteries RR"20 D energizers" Store asian-C En A GIZA?? RR-D not C... D Store Asian-C ENA GIZA? RR-D MOTHER FUCKA D Store asian-Mother fuck a YOU! RR-Mother fucka Me... ha ha.. you are alright man.. now give me my fuckin batteries:bears:
Yeah he looks healthy and that's important. The statement that stood out the most to me is that he does not have that much mucle content. This could make it easier for him than a RJJ or even a guy like myself going to SMW. As I look him over he's never been solid. He has great skill but I think he's too old and moving too fast into LHW. I can't understand why not Cruiser? He could have been only the third in history to hold all belts there! The fight with Shaun G will be tough on him. If Shaun is focused and follows the Tommy Brooks fight plan he win UD. Should be a great fight for ESPN Level; maybe a classic.opcorn:
Amphetamines make you lose weight, not crack. It's only the crack lifestyle that would make you skinny, not the drug itself.
Nonsense. I weigh almost 200lbs today...and I am faster, have better reflexes and handspeed than when I weighed 140 5 years ago. Who knows what damage this guy has done to his motor skills by dropping weight his body was very comfortable with. Who knows how he will react when he gets clocked. He is missing around 35lbs of flesh...thats a lot of armour. And it makes the heavyweight division look bad...even though it shouldn't. Truth is the best defensive fighter in the division, a man who hasn't weighed 175 for almost 10 years, can't hack it in the division is a sign, for me, that the division is strong enough. But if Byrd tanks at 175, its the Heavyweight division that will pay....not 175.
Man do I have to eat crow!:dunno::doh: I knew he wasn't right before the fight...when I saw that he has the legs of a flyweight. Moved down too quickly....no speed whatsoever.
george looked very sharp, i'd like to see him fight tarver or dawson. byrd is SHOT and has been since the Klitschko rematch.
I never tire of watching Chris Turd get KO'd. It should happen over and over and over again.:bears: But nah seriously, Byrd should retire. He has NOTHING left.
I liked Byrd, but he was almost as unpopular as John Ruiz when he was champ. I still remember being in the arena in Reno after his fight with Williamson. When he walked out during James Toney's fight with Dominick Guinn the boos just rained down from the crowd. I've never heard anything like it.
Thank you. Byrd just made heavyweight even worse. "Former Heavyweight Champion Can't Even Hack It At 175"....I can see the headlines.
