tarver giving roy a tough fight was a wishful thinking. tarver knocking out roy in the rematch was unthinkable!

in my opinion, cotto having an easy fight against margarito is out of question! margarito winning is not.

STYLISTICALLY, U Could @ Least SEE how Tarver Could give Roy Problems...

Tarver was a TALL, SOUTHPAW Counterpuncher w/1 Shot KO Power...Dating Back to his Ammy Fight w/Frankie Liles, Roy had Difficulties w/that Style...He Also had Trouble N the 1st Griffin Fight & Struggled a Bit w/the Southpaw, Counterpunching Eric Harding...

N the Case of Cotto-Margarita, there's NO SUCH Stylistic Issues...

Margarita's Ridiculously EASY to Hit...Boxing Gloves R ATTRACTED to his Face like a MAGNET...& his Handspeed is ATROCIOUS...Matched Against Cotto's ACCURACY, AGGRESSION & IMPROVED Defense & REED Sees NOfuckingWAY Margarita Wins...

@ BEST(for Him), he LOSES a Unanimous Decision...@ WORST, he Gets STOPPED by the 10th & is RUINED...

If Margarito does win, it'll be lights out for this forum, me and about 3 others will be skipping through these empty isles, picking the flowers :crafty: .

Either one would rape Pretty Bitch Gayweather Jr. That's why Pretty Bitch has done absolutely everything he can to duck Margarito and he's doing the same with Cotto. Floyd knows these guys would come straight for him, no bullsh*t tip tap wimpy boxing, just straight on brute force. Floyd doesn't want none of that cause he's a bitch.

Maybe so, but he will have the highest work rate of any bouncer in Tijuana. Whereas one bouncer could drop a drunk with one punch, Margarito will throw 15, and connect with about 3.

Floyd came along at the right time where all the old men are ready to be taken, where all the guys had their wars and now he's just picking up the pieces. He was still f*ckin' around against bums on HBO when DLH, Trinidad, Mosley, Wright, Hopkins, Vargas, Roy, etc were doing their thing. Now with everybody old and shot, he comes around claiming to be the greatest in history when all he is really is just a tip tap boring joke facing bums like Gatti and sh*t and claiming to be all that.
Shocking that people actually support this joker. Going from one division to another, picking up meaningless sh*tty belts and then claiming how he rules that division. What a bum!

Is there anyway Cotto can become PBF manadatory and force him to fight? Just curious?

A fighter cannot be forced to fight. He can always just relinquish the belt instead.

    DLH - loses big fights
Trinidad - can be easily outboxed
Mosley - fun fight to watch, but PBF does everything better than Shane
    Wright - too big
    Hopknis - too big
    Vargas - hahahahahhaha
    Roy - too big

You're comparing little bearhugger midget Hatton with his tiny arms against f*cking Margarito and Cotto? You're on drugs, LOK! You must not be feeling so alive lately.
Hatton's a little guy who came up. We saw him almost murdered by freakin' Collazzo of all people at 147. Margarito and Cotto are physically far stronger and more powerful than the little bearhugger.

In their primes. Prime means at their best, not the shot old farts they've become. Mosley in his prime at 147, Oscar in his prime at 147, Trinidad in his prime at 147. That's many years back. Back when Pretty Boy was invisible on the landscape.

there is some truth to waht you say Hanz....but Mayweather is GREAT...GREATEST? NO...all time top 25..hell no...top 50 hell no again...but he is GREAT...

and had face some tough competition...mostly early in his career..G.Hernandez,Corrales,Manfredy,Castillox2....and recently Ricky Hatton...

but he isn't as GREAT as he think/say he is...

I understand what prime is, do you? You just rattled off 7 fighters whose prime was at WW or above when Floyd's prime was at superfeather/light. So basically you picked 7 great fighters to come along in the past 20 years, all who were heavier than PBF, and then compared them to PBF. I'd say you're making my case for me.

The only exception here is Mosley as his prime could be considered 135.
