But yeah, going to prison for 14 months for assaulting a pregnant woman isn't something you should look negatively at...because you weren't there.

Spousal abuse is one of those "you had to be there" things.

 

The other side just had real good lawyers who make you believe all the overwelming evidence is real when it really isnt.

 

Maybe it is more that some of these people are acting like they never got three times the legal limit for booze and then did 100 miles per hour on a motorcycle in a residential area. Or maybe it is his prior record for beating his 98lb wife, which I can honestly say I've never done, and I bet a bunch of others here could say that too.
