Wow, those are lofty goals indeed. I'm probably going to do something like that but not anytime soon. :dunno:

Thanks, man. It took me 10 sets. I thought about easing my way into it by only doing a total of 75 first. But once I got there I felt good enough to crank out 25 more.

Sweet, that must have felt good at the end (at the end of your hundredth rep). Between the one-armed chins, regular widegrip chins, and the handstand pushups, My arms and shoulders are feeling as strong as they ever felt. :dunno:

Well I did my sets today: 5 rep warmup and then 10, 10, 11, 11, and 8. That's 55 chins and I could have done a lot more but I'm gonna alternate chins and HSPUs everyday.

    I did my 100 yesterday, 10x10

I think today I'll limit it to just a few chins but I'm on track for 500pushups today

Meh, let them give you a strange look. You're taking advantage of the surroundings and getting a bit of exercise. Nothing wrong with that, dude!

Now if you started talking about watermelons and cock, then... :eeeek:

    Today is handstand pushups.

    cool Buddy!

I blasted out 100 on sunday, now 10 sets of 10 seems pretty easy

I have started doing crazy amounts of situps daily as well. and I did some full speed sprinting at the track. My times were bad but getting better!

Yeah, I'm gonna get through my workout, but at a much slower pace throughout the day so that I can chill out and blow off steam.

I now do 60 chins every few days. I'm gonna try to do the same with HSPUs.

Ripped off 63 chins yesterday with good constant motion. In comparison to how I did them when I first started back at them, I'm ripping through them now.

Haven't done one-armed chins in awhile. I am planning on revamping my training towards those. Weight vest, weights, and ankleweights will allow me to really up my chinning power before hopping back into the one-arm, pulley-assisted chins.

At this rate, if I keep this up, I'll be doing 100 of each every two days within the year. We'll see. My training goals vary, but if I can nail 5 sets of 20 and it's no problem, then that 315 press will be very realistic. I'm actually stepping back from that for awhile and just getting all my other stuff finetuned and upgrading my general training, speed, and cardio. :warning:

Turned out to be 80. I could have nailed 100, but I would have had to try hard. That kind of goes against the ol' "Don't force it"-type of idea I have going, so I didn't.:dunno:

    good stuff Buddy,

I have not even been counting.. only on sundays where I make sure to get 100.

for a while, everytime I walked under my chin bar I'd do 10 so I was doing quite a few per day. lately I have been doing just 5 every time but 5 really slow controlled chins.

Yep, I decided to get 10 whenever I can here and there. I'll probably do a bunch today. It's easy even when I'm not feeling well.

Well, I did around 85-95 the other day, and I would have gotten up to 100 but my brother and sister took me out to see Iron Man.

Thus far I've done 50 today, and I'll be doing another 50 at least as well as go for a 12km jog, so I'm sticking with it.

    86 so far today: 10, 11, 12, 11, 12, 11, 11, 8. I'll do 2 sets of 7 to nail my 100, and I'll likely go for a jog and walk tonight.

Yeah, 10 of 10 is doable, but if I can get it down to 5 sets of 20, I'd be really happy with that. Eventually I wanna see how many chins I can get in oe set, and I want to add a bunch of weight while I'm chinning. If I can get up to about 180lbs strapped to me, I should be able to do a one-arm chin with either hand.
